Teams will install on my laptop but won’t allow me to sign in because it keeps saying that my Microsoft account is connected to an old work account from 10 years ago with an old work phone number that I no longer remember. Your bot answering is off no help and Microsoft offers no no live support or even a contact email or phone number for customer support. Is Microsoft so self absorbed that it feels customers will accept the little service it gives because it monopolizes the market? Shameful and definitely lacking any consideration for the consumer.

So many updates and the app is still sooo buggy. I honestly think that the app has more bugs than it did a year ago. If I am reading the chats on another interface, why do the badges stay on with my IOS Teams app? This started occurring a few months ago and it’s super annoying! I have gone into the settings and have found some new options with regards to using multiple interfaces and notifications but nothing fixes the badge coming on constantly issue!

Microsoft teams is garbage. Got an invite to attend. App keeps saying it can't connect. Why is it that I'm not surprised? Zoom is way better.

Teachers are unable to add students to chats without having had the student message first, and students can’t make group chats with multiple teachers. Despite this, students are still able to access the chats between students from before the update, so it doesn’t really restrict student communication with existing chats.
The new update is a pain, and is hard to work with. I need multiple teams chats because of how many different volunteer groups I’m leading, and I’m not able to make them without a headache. Communication between teachers and students is very difficult now.
It worked much better before the update, and I used to have no complaints.

I’ve experienced nothing but inconvenience and bugs with teams ever since I downloaded said app. It has been a constant struggle just for me to successfully open this application. Not only is the web version permanently unavailable, forcing you to download the app, I am often presented with “sorry, teams didn’t open correctly” after the full 2 minutes of loading screen upon opening the window. Moreover, I am regularly faced with the issues of documents saving incorrectly, especially when I attempt to upload them onto my assignments. This had caused quite a few misunderstandings with my instructors who were not able to view the other half of my work. In addition to all these issues stated previously, it’s messy format (which ironically requires constant updates for ‘better optimization’) causes this app to be impossible difficult to navigate — I am still unable to leave any of the groups I was stuck in since 5 years ago.
Overall, Teams will likely cause its users to spend a lot of wasted time that could have been used on actual work — I would choose to do my assignments on paper instead of using this app. This review is completely based upon on the experience I’ve had with this app, and please, for your own sake, consider using another app.
