Word is absolutely amazing in every way! It’s very fast and easy to use. It also checks your grammar (AND YOU GET TO PICK WHAT LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM YOU WANT YOUR GRAMMAR TO BE) and shows you better words to use. it’s truly the best app for schoolwork, story-writing, and anything you need!

I hope the app has the similar Zoom feature like the desktop app does. The zoom on the app is not sufficient.

I am not getting the onscreen keyboard . It is really frustrating

Don’t trust this app to save your work, even with autosave activated. Every time my iPad updates iOS, or if I close the Word app, my document reverts back to some arbitrary version from weeks ago. Luckily I have learned to screenshot and photograph my work with my phone. Just lost four weeks of writing, but good thing I can transcribe it from pics that I took. How inanely ridiculous! This app worked fine ten years ago. 2024 and it can’t handle its most basic requirement, to save data. Sad.

Unfortunately google doc’s on apple is useless, but certain features such as scrollable tables and formats are much better on google docs. This app is still made to be for printing things, and therefore a large amount of features for digital aspects of of text editing is not available.
Also, why can’t I make a multilevel list?
The UI is okay, but there are a lot of basic features that are missing
