I have been shopping with this company fir a while and I never had any problems till now! Package never came and I never was refund the amount back into my account! Package was lost! They new package was lost still never got a refund but put ten dollars on my account as a gift card like no give me the full amount of what i purchased!

I made a purchase for $53 and I returned the items because they were poorly made. So your company has decided to only refund me $21. That is unacceptable. I would like to correspond with someone from your company about this.

I ordered clothing from here and it redirects my order to another sight and I still haven’t received my package and it’s been a month and a half almost 2 months

for days I have been trying to submit a report for a defective item because they will not take back the item unless I write a report. I don’t know what is wrong with their app. I have also tried on their website every time I go to submit a report it will not submit, I don’t understand how else to return these items. It’s absolutely impossible to contact these people.

They have a bad return policy. You have to pay shipping to return plus you don’t get your money back on original payment. Your money goes to a gift card. What a bad management not everyone wants a gift card. Never purchasing again. -1 out of 10.😡😡😡😡😡
