Be careful when to order use this apps because, they didn’t refund the money if the shop cancel your order.

The delivery fee is ridiculous, RM15 for delivery free when the place is very close and is like a 7 minute car drive. I’ve noticed the price kept getting higher and you dont even give us any discount vouchers whatsoever. I dont think the delivery fee should be over RM10 or RM5 even, the amount is insane. The delivery fee is basically the same price as the literal food or higher even.

One of the worst Food Service and App ever created. They are the the slowest and expensive food delivery there is. None of their customer service are helpful and they do not provide any kind of solution rather than discounts. What kind of company that buries feedback and complaints with discounts and do not find a solution? Oh yea Foodpanda! I just deleted this ridiculous app! Should have done it long time ago. I just Uninstall it cause it will ruined my hungry day!

very bad experience when u have to act like beggar to ask for ur own money…from 2nd march till now they re no refund but only excuses…but when they ask you to check the refund status from time to time..but they’re no records at all..

My order have been confirm, We have waited 2, the end the driver cancel cancel to deliver for us !
And food panda told us wait another 40 min +
Than I request self pick up approve, but instead order been auto cancel, I when for self pick up, my order have been made place over there, say I cannot pick up because payment didn’t receive
Ask us to pay again ! Say will refund to us food panda
Now say cannot because the money have been pay for the ingredients and utensil for restaurants
But the restaurant didn’t receive don’t give us self pick up
This mean they keep our money ! Not to restaurant!
No logic sense and cheater ! Liar !
