I AM WRITING THIS BECAUSE THIS GAME IS EVIL JUST LIKE YOU GUYS ARE AS WELL AND IF WE DON’T STOP YOU YOU WILL RUIN EVERYONE’S LIFE AND I BET EVERYONE WHO HAS PLAYED HAS RESIGNED AS ROYAL ADVISER BECAUSE IT JUST WASN’T WORTH THE TROUBLE!

I’ve played this game for years decorated all the rooms. Now I’ve deleted the game and started over. I don’t decorate anymore I stay in the castle 🏰 instance and just play the levels I’m in the 2000s and I find it more enjoyable than going back and forth decorating. Also it doesn’t take as much space on my phone or battery. (Tip) 🔖 If the game freezes swipe the screen off the phone and the game will reload.

I’ve tried to play this for months. It’s too difficult and frustrating (not challenging) which is the term they like to use. I just don’t want to be frustrated by a game! When it can take 3 days to complete a game and a week to get enough to fix up the mansion then they’ve lost me. The graphics are good. But it freezes up a lot. If you want to play then you have to pay! It’s very expensive. What they term as ‘Very Hard’ should be called ‘almost impossible’. What they term as the most difficult should be termed as ‘impossible’ without buying helpers, which cost a thousand coins. Compared to what you can win, maybe 20-40 coins, it takes 830 coins to buy 5 extra lives…., it can take a loooonnng time to save up enough.
Update: check the reviews. It’s hard to find any that aren’t 3 to 4 years ago. I’ll be surprised if this one gets posted!

I have been playing this game for a few years and hoped that they would make improvements over time. Even when on the lates OS and iPhone, this game is full of bugs. Trolls mess up the falling crystals so they can’t be moved. Sometimes you’ll get infinite falls in a column that lock up a game. Other times crystals don’t fall at all and leave nearly empty board with no moves. It makes it hard to pass a level.
Finally, one of the most frustrating things is special limited time collections. They will have you collect a special image for a season that takes up crystals that are needed to play. In the hard and very hard levels they become impossible to pass due to not enough crystals left on the screen to make three in a row. There is no option to not play that ‘feature’ and so you have to wait for days for the time to expire in order to play normally with a chance at the hard levels.
It can be fun at times but probably better finding something else that hopefully frustrates less and allows you to play the raw game.
