Doesn’t find easy things like salvage title even with paid subscription. Would NOT recommend even if free.

Bumper is an easy-to-access collection of vehicle records. These records are collected through official government records, insurance records and industry sources such as manufactures and service shops.
As you just experienced, sometimes the information they collect is not always 100% correct. Sometimes records are incomplete as a result of being filtered through different systems or because of typographic errors when moving the records from paper to computerized format. Dealing with millions of records is not the easiest process and while we put every effort into making our data as accurate as possible, we are dependent upon the sources providing us correct information.
If you haven't already, we encourage you to check out the Monitoring feature. Once Monitoring is activated, you will be notified as soon as we receive any new information in that report.
If you have any additional questions please do not hesitate to let us know.

Dishonest

Report was not easy to interpret it. Along with a surprisedly automatically subscription renovation after the “7 days” trial despite that I might or might not understand their agreement. Not a pleasant experience, not recommended.

We do outline at the time of signup that this is a subscription that will auto renew. This is one of the terms that has to be agreed to in order to create your account. I have been trying to cancel my account.
I cancel my account but you guys are still stealing charging me this is mess up you guy are just stealing peoples money
