Even on pickup orders for things like canned energy drinks they will charge you if you cancel and then pretend like the business lost money and couldn’t just put the energy drinks back in the fridge. It’s scummy and I won’t be using this service ever again.

I ordered jack in the box and both of my chickens sandwiches had old lettuce, and tomatoes. I contacted customer service and they said I cannot get my money back.

The worst support I have ever dealt with. We received contaminated food and they refused to provide a refund.

How do you cancel this subscription?! I have been charged for the last 4 months and I don’t use it! Ugh sooooo irritating having to figure out how to cancel.

Uber eats thinks it’s okay for them to mess up your order and not refund you. They will mess up your order constantly but if you report an order messed up, they will eventually stop refunding you giving you no other option. I will never use their service again

Did you know Uber eats gives the restaurant an option to switch your order over to a different location? I didn’t until Burger King decided they didn’t want to fulfill my order, it was just one large fry, and so they transfer it to a location 35-40 minutes away. Once I realized this change I contacted support and they were not only no help but so rude. Instead of letting me cancel my order and get a refund, they wanted to charged me $5 and some change to cancel my order… it’s just a large fry. Each support I talked to just kept sending automated messages when I was supposed to be talking with a real person. And they kept ending the chat while I was still typing so had to keep requesting another chat. They all refused to let me chat with a supervisor and were not answering my questions, specifically as to why a restaurant is allowed to do that without asking. Waiting on the driver to get there to get it and then to come to me my fries would be cold. Also, I did not agree to let the restaurant transfer my order to a far away location.. this issue has made me delete my account with them and I will be telling every one in my family and close friends my experience and tell them to try DoorDash or something else. Absolute headache to deal with and such money hungry business.

This app is a scam. The drivers are never on time, they randomly drop orders and assign you a new driver which delays your food, and the customer support is horrible. If the agents don’t like what you have to say they will just end the chat and send you to someone else. They don’t offer compensation commiserate with the terrible experiences you have with the company. They will offer you $2-$5 refunds which don’t even cover the delivery fee. When you pay for priority delivery, it still may be over an hour before you get your food, then they offer a refund that doesn’t even cover the priority fee you just paid! Will never order from this company again. SCAM

Got delivered the wrong item, contacted support, got charged the difference instead of refunded. Uninstalled the app, will be using DoorDash from now on.

Why every time is the delivery time way off. If the app says it’s 7min away, then I expect the food to be delivered around that time…not 45min later because the driver has two other orders to pick up. WTH! Stop telling me the order is going to be delivered soon when the driver has other orders to pick up in two different locations.

Uber eats is horrible do not download this delivery app it not good the promotion will say they work but when you go to checkout it doesn’t let you proceed I am very disappointed with Uber eats fix your app
