delete public story already for those that don't have premium! other than that ok app. remove snapchat from icloud. fact you can keep chats forever is creepy it isn't text messages leave it to 24 hours also bring back games on mobile version. when you block someone should remove snapchat username on their end and not allow people to follow thanks

My account I’ve been using for 8 years now. Got Snapchat locked as people hacked my account when I was working and got it reported for drug abuse. When I’ve never used drugs. Very mad as I’ve tried to send email and got back that they can’t do anything about it. Why make a app you have no control over.My account has a lot of memories saved past the 8 years what are memories with people or animals what I can’t even get back. Said 24 hours or 30 days it’s been over three months going on four. I understand the rules I’ve always followed them I can’t even make a new account either on my phone it was the only way I could talk to my cousin who lives far away.
All I care about is my photos. I even paid for Snapchat plus over a year now.
I see a lot of people are getting banned or locked on your reviews
There’s more worse people using Snapchat don’t banned the people who use it and follow the rules
There is kids underage drinking, partying, stealing or breaking into places
Please help me or do something about it I have been so upset and crying for months wanting my photos back

Can’t really fault the app I really enjoy using it. However the brightness changes automatically while taking a snap needs to be looked at.. especially at night when I want my brightness low, it auto goes higher for some reason.

I really recommend Snapchat so easy to navigate around and love when people send sent it’s to me, I love spotlight and checking
out peoples story’s. Texting sending snaps
laughing when there is nothing to laugh about. I REALLY COULD NOT RECOMMEND MORE!
