So I’m playing the Sakura realm!! I got to watch an ad and it won’t work!! I’ve had to click 15-20 times just to get the ad to play!! Needs fixing!! Thank you!!

I really love playing this game but the amount of glitches is ridiculous. About a month ago I couldn’t buy anything to help my game, then you did an update and it was fixed! I thought great now I can play again and relax. Boy was I wrong. Now it’s April and again I can’t buy anything in the main game or in the different realms. This is getting ridiculous. There are to many things that go wrong with this game. I’m ready to delete it. And why don’t you have more recent reviews up instead of ones that are two and three years old?

I have been playing this game since the beginning. I used to enjoy it. But not so much anymore. I hate that everything goes into the mail box. I have lost a ton of stuff because of it. At least when we had the bubbles I had a fair chance of getting things. But now if I want to get the stun my mailbox I have to sell everything on my land to have some where to put it.

I can’t watch videos to get extra items and it shows as no videos available but I haven’t watched any.

I’ve been playing this game for a long time and spent some money. I have been having a problem getting into the game for almost a week. No matter what I try nothing works and I don’t have any problems with the other games I have on my iPad. This is the third time I’ve written about this issue and the third way to get to customer support. I haven’t received any response, maybe this time I’ll hear from someone. Truthfully I’ll be surprised if I do.

I love this game! However it’s not working. After the last update I can’t get the game to load. I’ve put in tickets and have gotten no response. I’ve missed realms and login rewards. I’m so aggravated. I’ve spent way too much money on this game for this to happen

I’ve been playing this game since it came out. I did an update and now I'm unable to get into it. It loads up to 74% but then nothing happens, it has been stuck on 74% for 4 days. I sent messages, joined the support group no help or response from anyone.

So the realm with the cupcake symbol at the bottom left!! This realm is really pissing me off!! I think that’s why you put it there!! I have been trying to complete everything!! The island you go to is really what is aggravating me!!! So everyone I open a section to complete more it comes to a stop and then I have to wait again to complete more!! You want see me using that realm anymore!!!

I have been trying for 2 days now to play the game and have not been able to get past start! I have enjoyed playing even though the various glitches that have happened. But now this is ridiculous. I can’t do anything, I’m losing log in gifts and diamonds. Totally disappointed with this game.
