It worked only once in the past three months. I can see that Expedia pays adds in the app. However you click on it just go blank. Other than that is amazing.

It’s a horrible system, and a whole mission to get in contact with someone and till this day they haven’t solve anything for me.

This company has no contact number. When you have an issue the only thing you can do is talk to someone via chat, not on the phone. I've been dealing with an issue for 2 weeks now & it still hasn't been resolved. No one customer service representative has been understanding what my problem is. They keep telling me to reach out to the merchant, when the issue is on their end!!!! Bad, bad, bad!!!!! I hate companies that don't have an ACTUAL PERSON FOR YOU TO TALK TO

The issue is pay at checkout is terrible. It doesn’t work. I’ve gone to checkout and its still greyed out. I needed this money, which is why I use this service 🤦🏾‍♀️

Fruad and a waist of time

This is one of the worst experiences I've had with money based apps.
I opened an account.
A couple of days later I changed my mind and decided to delete my card data and close the account.
Not possible and the online documents instructing how to do so are wrong.
After a long search of both the app and web account, there is no option to remove card data and there is no option to close the account, only 'deactivate.'
The only card option is to show the billing address.

I loved this app very much. But I got some hard times couldn’t pay owed $40 bucks and as soon as I was able I replayed it probably 6 months later. When I tryed to reinstate they kept asking for same information over and over. I sent screenshots and whatever they ask and still kept asking for the same stuff so now I give up and they can screw off

Used to be my favorite until they randomly lowered my limit to a small fraction of what it always has been. I have yet to even make a purchase small enough to use it again in the months since. This was after years of on time payments, etc so it seems random and uncalled for. I also still have a very large limit on the other payment apps so it does not make sense. I have heard of others having similar misfortune, it’s largely inconvenient.

Afterpay is good for lending money when in need.If you have to make a return GOOD LUCK! You will wait a week or more to be credited.. there is no such thing as customer service when it comes to After. there is no phone for you to reach anybody if you have any questions. you can write them in the app all you want, but they have a bot who answers your questions and not even. I refuse to talk to a bot After Pay needs to get better with customer service. I have messaged them several times and they never return my message ever. consumers be aware yes it all sounds good when they lend you money but if you need help or refund you’re on your own.

after taking away no payment up front + afterpay plus that i literally pay money to use, i’m done. there’s absolutely no benefits to afterpay anymore. paying off orders and deleting my account.
also, where’s that new rewarding program you kept going on about? i’ve yet to see any changes. a joke of a company.
