Direction and Duration issue

Being gold driver I can’t see duration and which direction for this issue I try to contact support for nor then 8 times in last 5-6 days but support didn’t solve this issue and it is more difficult to drive specially you drive near by state border city - I don’t know what I do ?

Waste of Time and Energy

I have been driving with Uber (specifically Uber eats) for over a year now just as a side hustle. The app has always been very glitchy and unreliable and after coming back after two months the app is so horrible that I cannot even go online to do any orders. I spoke to multiple customer support representatives about my issue. They all directed me to troubleshoot the basic ways they tell you to (log out, delete and reinstall the app etc.). None of that worked multiple times and I told each agent this. They told me to wait and try again at a different time and the same issues occurred. Denise was great on the line and filed a report only for Savitri to disregard everything in her report and just tell me to troubleshoot it AGAIN when the issue was that troubleshooting does not work. Overall will not be coming back and wasting my time with a company that takes advantage of their workers anyways.

Unable to cash out

The phone too hot when the app works

The phone is too hot when the app works, that is not good. When the phone is too hot, the screen will be dark, I can’t seethe map clear.

Uber Driver Employees

I would like to say DO NOT become an Uber Driver employee because they play with your payment and then when speaking with their support team they don't help at all. I have proved my identity to them on multiple occasions and I have yet still been able to cash out my payment because they have locked my money & account. I’ve spoken with countless of their helpers and none who will help me gain access to my fund. They will act like they are trying to help with the problem but only to cease the communication and put you on wait for 6 to 12 hours (really 24 hours) to let a “specialist” help with the problem but all they do is say the same thing the other people were saying. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR EMPLOYMENT!!!! DOOR DASH IS BETTER!! THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STARS THEY LUCKY THE APP STORE MAKES YOU CHOOSE AT LEAST 1. JUST TERRIBLE DO BETTER UBER

worst customer service i was a priority member for three years they decided to do a background check from a third party Hire Right i called Hire Right and there is no issue with my background i work for Door Dash and Grub Hub and they have no issue Uber Eats needs to get their act together they deactivated me after being a priority member for three years stay away from this app

My account is still suspended after nearly a month of waiting on my background check to come in. I am so frustrated with this company that they would give people absolutely no warning and suspend their account randomly. How about a heads up a month before and say “hey so you don’t get absolutely screwed over and can’t work for a month, go ahead and start the background check process ahead of time.” Instead, you will get on the app to start work and they’ll basically say “oh wait, you can’t work until this background check that we never told you about before comes through, you can go home.” I’m done with this company and I’m telling every person I meet ever that they do not care about any of their employees and cannot be trusted. This is really messed up, thank god this is not my only source of income, but it is a majority of it and so I am struggling right now to pay my bills.
