	I had 2 mythic cards I worked soo hard to earn, When they updated, my mythic cards disappeared. The system said I never had them, even though I know for a fact I did.I contacted support, only for them to say that he has to go by what the system says. I responded back, and got ignored for 14 days till the ticket got closed ten times. Alienating players and not caring. Extremely poor customer service, poor management.
