	Purchased an annual subscription. Yet, they charge me for every fax. They fixed it once..... but now, they will not even answer my emails. And, I have emailed SEVERAL TIMES. I'm done. $39.99 and it was supposed to be for a full year. Nope. Keep getting charged. Then told here to contact via email. 	I've used this app since at lest 2015 and have spent that time widely recommending it. I finally started seeing the 'upgrade' prompts at some point, and looked into that today. Ended up updating the app in the Play Store first, which was a mistake. Now all of my scanned files are gone.
