The reason why I only put 1 Star because i can't receive messages from another person

My messages keep disappearing and it logs me out and when I try log back in it says connection issue and cannot send messages.

As a QA Engineer I test this app and there are a lot of bug in this app

When i create a new account it tells me username or password is incorrect but there is nothing wrong
