Nice flying experience. The app still has some issues though, but it's regularly getting better

This application allowed me to keep up to date with my flights as well as register my flights, organise seating and book extra luggage.

This app, or at least the data served to the app is not good. After a flight cancellation, which I 100% understand happens, I was rebooked on another flight. BUT I kept getting notifications that my flight was cancelled, which made me think my second flight was cancelled, then it would not let me check-in because it was telling me my flight was cancelled, even though I had a new flight. It also asked me to choose a new flight with an empty list. This was all very frustrating and confusing.

easy to use

After I signed up for Flying blue I couldn't add check-in luggage to my flight. I had to add it to my wife's ticket, as she is not a flying blue member. Very strange and frustrating

once I got past my lack "App" knowledge, the app was great!

I would like to change my seat, no possible.

L'app marchait très bien, mais depuis un moment le process de check-in a été changé et désormais on n'est plus capable de choisir le siège sur mobile. Je suis obligé à ouvrir mon ordinateur pour modifier les sièges. Pourquoi ?
