I've been playing this game for many years. It's unique among gambling games.

game was great until my hourly bonus went down after levelling up. Support basically told me just keep playing and it will eventually fix it self.. Bonus wheel a waste of time you win less than you hourly bonus is.

I used to like this game with the option to play slots and scrabble. Now it seems the emphasis is on getting scrabble letters. With every spin you get 1, 2, or even 3 packs of letters. With letter packs popping up so much it ruins the slot play. Forget about tournament play. The tile packs pop so quick you can't even monitor tournaments. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice to no avail. I've reported the issue again to no avail. I really don't think they care.

Started playing today n got three bundles of cards for the album but the album count for cards remains "0". Where r my cards? Also no matter what device I use I must reload the game sometimes three times before it will work. What is happening with this game, it's one of my favorites!
