I save my data and it started me over all the way to the beginning I was halfway through the second island I am so mad I love this game and now I have to start over.

Ever since the latest update, I lost ALL my pop mates, and I cannot add any.

The game keeps freezing up, and I can't access the pop mates or accept or send a request. Before the update, it worked perfectly now, not so much.

Played this game for years. Just did the update and it deleted all of my progress and everything that I've earned and paid for. Thought I had it backed up, but I guess not. Definitely not playing anymore after putting so much money and time getting to as far as I was.

Pretty good for a match-type game with a Disney skin. However, its latest update basically made it become more p2w, removing/hiding/making it more complicated to use f2p items and clothing to help you progress. Also, the whole "social" component was destroyed, with your friend list becoming blank and you not being able to add anyone (very big bug). This is especially bad because your friends in game give you the ability to use their powers to help you complete levels. All in all, became worse.

Well I love this game and been playing for awhile and use to give the game 5 stars in the past but ever since you upgraded it I'm not able to pick any popmates like I use too without having to type in a friends code. I use to be able to pick from the recommend popmates and now I don't even see that anymore. So please fix it!! 😭 😞 or tell me how I'm able to that again or I might have to uninstall it 😕😞 and I really don't want to do that 😔😭

Was a great game until the update. Now it crashes whenever you try to select /change helpers.

ALL my saved data is gone and my money. Sent me some email but it's still not updated or correct. Deleting this game and never re-downloading. Worst part is that it's actually a fun little game to play and relive your Disney childhood days.

Ok I have a problem with this game. Been playing it for years. U guys had an update and now since the update I can not get my popmates back. So y'all need to fix this problem. Not happy. Want my popmates back.
