This app has not worked on my phone for two months, yet works on my husband's phone. He sent an email a month ago and was told the issue will be fixed. Still waiting! Fix the problem and I'll give a better review!

Used to love it, but live Notifications have stopped. I have followed all instructions and FAQs I could find to verify Android system and NOP settings are correct, tried clearing up disk space on the Night Owl unit itself, and tried reinstalling the app - nothing. It's like they all just turned off. :(

This app is frustrating. Most of the time when I click a notification for a video I'm told that it's not connected, there was an issue with the footage, etc. Only way to fix is close everything out and open app manually then scroll through everything to locate what I need. Also had a theft, knew within a day or so when it would have occurred, but none of the "events" caught it so there was nothing we could do. What's the point of cameras if they don't catch important things?

4/15/24 Notifications are not working again fot almost 4 days almost to the point of getting another brand of camera system if Night Owl can't keep this problem fixed,4/17/24 customer support helped me with my notifications problem,so my rating goes back to 4⭐️

I've had this app for just about 18 months ths and it worked great and then one day about 4 mo ths ago the app stopped working and will no longer connect to my device for the belive views not happy anymore thinking of going with something different.

I am new to this but I have had no problem with set up so far. I'll give it another rating as I get used to this site. And using the cameras.

Trash don't load half the time and the videos delete after a couple hours

Before you were able to go back and search for something, record a clip and save. Now you get a warning saying "recording playback on the fly not supported." Why you stopped that?!?! Losing stars Nightowl
