Really good and user friendly

It's good but I don't get alerts to phone.

Useless app , keep stopping live view, continuously loading

This app is so ignored. It keeps asking you to join their icloud even though an SD card has already been installed. They also inform you that SD card is no longer working and forcing you to join the icloud again and again. I have replaced two new SD card twice, and they're disconnected every once a while. Will never buy this product ever again

Customer service was awesome and was able to help me out with enabling the rtsp stream. Was able to add to Frigate NVR. Be aware that in order for it to come close to working, you have to add the stationary lenses you have to add them as separate cameras. Will have to wait on LS Vision or Frigate to make it work.

Garbage app. Constantly freezing live cam and trying to get you to buy their recording service, even going so far as to keep reporting 'false' errors that the installed tfcard is not recognized, even while it's recording to it. The freezing is what's frustrating. Does not highlight what triggered alarm event, you have to guess.

Hi, I bought PTZ camera which has lots of cool stuff, but only to find out that when you download this app you have to pay extra to get all app settings. to make things worse I paid for one of the extra settings and it hasn't enabled it and wants me to pay for it again. I have messaged twice and had no response at all yet to either message. I wanted to enabled another paid service, but will waite till I get a reply first.

What happened to app? Mid March 2024 app will not load any video recorded or live it just keeps crashing. I hope the developers are working on this. I had to switch back to the blue ip360 app. UPDATE- App is working again. It seems like it was updated a bit. Good to see they fixed loading issue, revising from 1 star to 4.

A good application, but there is something I did not like about watching the video. It only stays for 5 minutes and then stops. We ask you to make the video playback time during the live broadcast permanent and not temporary because I have to play it every 5 minutes. This is the only drawback of the app and it is a big problem for me

I would login and check videos now I can't login not watch videos, it opens and closes at the same time and it never used to be like this and I installed this for my safety as our area is very dangerous now I'm stressing because I can't monitor any movement in the yard.
