setup was fairly quick, and working so far. although, I just got this. will try to update after time has passed and hopefully it is still working. |

Have an issue with speeds. Called customer service and was told I had foreign IP addresses infecting my internet and they would remove for a one time fee. That was after Netgear rep wanted access to my computer and I declined. Thinking scam. But still having speed issues and I have a new modem. |

I was using this but then they updated their terms of service and held my account hostage until I agreed to them. I can no longer log in without reading 2 hours worth of legal terms first. Why can't I continue using it under the previous license without the updates? I'm switching to a different brand next time. |

174 megabytes now that it's installed? Meh, the QR scanner to grab the router was nice, and maybe it would be handy to quickly check something, but to actually configure my router, the PC beats a little phone screen any day. And if I need to adjust the router, obviously I'm home near a computer, so I'd rather user that. The router has a great web interface. Plus this app is sluggish and hangy. Ultimately the app is 2 stars of maybe handy, 3 stars of useless & frivolous, for a total of 2 stars. |

useless app there is almost nothing in the app. I find better use off my pc even my phone when it comes to changing or viewing anything wifi/internet related. you definitely can't do anything useful on the app even though they claim you can... I end up having to go to the router log in url for stuff that should be accessible through the app. it would be a lot more convenient and nice to see some upgrades to the app. kinda sad when you can download third party apps that offer more control. |

How come I cancelled my yearly subscription to be renewed, and every month, you're trying to take out $140.00 from my bank? There's no option on your website to remove my financial information. there's no option to stop your company taking my money. None of your staff replying to my emails. I basically have to go to my bank and shut down the bank account. This practise of yours seems illegal. Stop trying to take money from me, I don't owe you anything, and I don't want your services!! |

Useless. It kept telling me I needed to update firmware. Wouldn't let me update firmware. Looked online if there was work around, yes. But i need to connect ethernet cable to computer. Oh wait, no ethernet port on computer because everything is wireless now. |

Can't log in using computer. It just keeps saying "Something went wrong, Try again". It's stuck in this loop! Don't buy Netgear products!!! |
