Zillow: Find Houses for Sale & Apartments for Rent

Keeps suggesting properties which do not match my filter...providing non-waterfront locations

Gives me exactly what I am looking for

There are multiple features that really need to be added (both web and app) 1. Ability to filter out 55+ places 2. Ability to filter low income/income restricted places 3. Ability to privately up/down vote a place, where downvotes are no longer seen on your search. I have wasted so much time finding places I liked but were 55+ or income restricted so I couldn't qualify for. Also wasted a lot of time re-looking at places I didnt like but were suggested places for me.

No stars but it doesn't let me! I keep getting 'false' hopes with this damn app! I see "homes for sale" that I like and when we ask our realtor to see it he says they're off the market or option period! Why is it not showing the correct information?! It already did it to us so many times!!!

We move around alot, this has always been our go to app to find a great place.
