The app wouldn’t allow me to redeem points in the theatre and the app icon looks ridiculous with the white-ish line around the sides.

I can’t remember my password. This app has no option to reset password.

Overall love the app but hate the upcoming/now playing movies redesign. Requires more effort to see what’s coming soon.

love the rewards program, absolutely worth the monthly cost to see as many movies as you like. the problem is that this app is constantly crashing and not accepting your correct login details or location as existing. great when it works, which is about 40% of the time. can’t get it to work today to even show me what’s playing in my town, let alone sign in to book anything or access rewards points. ridiculous that i have to un/reinstall it like 12 times every day that i plan to use it. great program, shoddy app

I went to watch 2 movies recently, both times the app works fine except the crown club tab. So I couldn’t scan my barcode and couldn’t redeem any points. I thought it was because maybe I had bad service in the theater but it did it at home too. It’s 2024 you’d think the app would be better. I feel like they did it on purpose so people can’t redeem rewards and have to pay more.

I used this app to find tickets for an upcoming show. I put the city and state in the search and up popped showtimes for my city.
I bought to tickets and arrived 10 mins before show time. Unfortunately, I had purchased tickets for the same city in a different state. The theater in the city I searched and was at was an AMC theater.
I tried to get credit to see another movie but because it was past the 60 min window show time they refused to refund me or issue credit.
Absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointed. Horrible customer service. I am shocked at how cheap they are. Lost a customer here.

Would love to see a button or an option to add the reserved movie to phone’s calendar. I end up making my own appointment every time and it seems like other apps/programs give that option.

I’m a big regal fan (other than the fact that they become a Pepsi establishment. However, I have not been able to redeem my points or utilize my crown club card because it won’t open in the app. It’s been like this for some time. Nothing shows up in the my account tab. And when I click on redeem credits, it just loads forever. Disappointing.
