This seems like a clone of the excellent Kroger app (which makes perfect sense).
It works fine except product images never display for me. Images are a key part of online grocery shopping.

Just give the discount! Clipping digital coupons rather than just giving the discount is patronizing and likely leaves a lot of customers not getting discounts. Just stop making it harder to want to be your customer

Unable to select a time to pick up groceries. The app doesn’t offer dates or times. After multiple “updates” the problem persists and Kroger has not resolved.

I simply want to look at the weekly ad and add items to my list or clip coupons directly from that. The flow and usability of the app is terrible. And even once at the store, I have to keep switching between my shopping list and my clipped coupons to see what I wanted to buy. You should be able to see both these things at the same time. Take some notes from the Safeway app - it is 100x better and easier to use.

I’ve been using King Soopers delivery for a while now and decided to try the app for convenience. Huge mistake. After an hour of frustration I had to go back to my Mac to put in my delivery order. Zero stars.

Ditto Clickbait’s review. Digital coupons are nothing but bait to give up more personal data than you want to give. Just take the flyer into store and show them the blank page the QR code puts in your app/browser.

Got my hopes up that my order would be here tomorrow then got a message saying the order was canceled and refund would be sent if applicable. Called Customer service and the rep could not tell me why. I tried again and got an error message. So I called the number it gave only to find out that I have to wait 24 hours to try again.
It’s time consuming to pick all your groceries online only to find out you can’t order. How frustrating guess I will just have to find another store to spend my money at.

This app requires an update almost every time I use it at the store. To the point where I’m waiting for the update before I can get coupons. It seems like a pretty straightforward problem to solve.

This just blocks you from your account all together
