With just one click , the supervisor registers empoyees’ contribution to results. The supervisors notes single positive or negative behaviours regularly - every day. The information appears in the WWW panel, which is available for all authorized supervisors and managers. The system generates monthly commitment table, that allow to compare empoyees’ commitment. The system also provides individual reports for all registered employees. These reports may be useful during appraisal interviews. We tailor to your company’s needs! Every implementation begins with costumization. WinWinBalance ® is always adjusted to company’s needs, organizational structure and the specific characteristics of the industry. The system is cascaded to all organizational levels. Different members of your personnel are assigned access to the system with different levels of authorization. We calibrate the categories of the observed behaviour, in other words, we define the criteria of daily evaluation.
