Please fix asap. I am part of a Rescue Wildlife group and we can’t get notifications from muted community chats.

I purchased two plans recently but unfortunately it shows “purchase blocked”. Can’t make any Viber Out phone call.

Simple app makes conversation

I just updated my Viber and it’s muting all the community chats I’m in automatically. Even after I unmute them it switches back to muted after I close the app.
Please fix this bug! It’s quite frustrating.

No refund, no real customer support, going around in circles. App has major glitches 👎

Greetings, I would like to share my experience of using Viber, and, as a result, express my disappointment regarding the unfair blocking of my account. Viber is definitely one of the most convenient and functional messengers I have ever used. Its interface and functionality are really impressive, and it has been my primary way of communicating with friends and colleagues. However, my positive opinion of this program changed dramatically when they decided to block my account without any warning or opportunity to contact support. I understand that this may be due to a violation of the terms of use, but I am absolutely sure that there was no such violation from my side. This is a very frustrating situation because it limits my ability to communicate with friends and family through this convenient service. I tried to contact Viber support, but with no luck. So, while I recognize all the advantages of Viber as a messenger, I can't help but note its shortcomings in terms of customer service. This unfair account blocking makes the program less attractive to users. So I am forced to give this program a low rating and consider alternative options to ensure convenient communication. Looking forward to hearing from Viber’s support team.

With Viber, there’s privacy, compared to the other Apps that don’t have much options to suit everyone’s preferences. I can easily get in touch with my Family with no fuss. It’s awesome, wonderful, creative, and most of all, it’s secured. Long live, Viber! Thanks Guys!❤️

Terrible app. Blocked me after switching my iPhone and can’t get a real person to help me unblock. Deleting app and switching to what’s app.
