It’s making me wait 2 weeks to get paid from items already sent out. I had to refund the stuff I just sold because I can’t afford to send out.
On top of that I have two orders that this company won’t pay me for that said shipped when sent out but had a glitch or something cos now it’s not saying that and the buyers are sketch and won’t reply after explaining the issue. I use to love depop. It helped out a lot during the pandemic. At the time though it was same day pay or maybe two days. Not 2 weeks.

Everything is overpriced on here bc depop takes most of the money for themselves. If you sell smth for 7, they pay you 20 cents, 0.20. I sold a 12 dollar skirt and all I got was 4 dollars back.

A lot of scammers on this app, site would always crash and boot you out mid scroll, app stopped working for me👎🏼

I have loved using Depop to sell and buy items since roughly 2016, the user friendly app and photo forward selling hub have always been my favorite. However, the app is no longer progressing but rather becoming a waste of time and money.
On top of the ridiculous fees Depop charges sellers, the inability to add brands that aren’t listed, the limited number of tags, the newest update that withholds sellers funds until 2 business days after delivery with a tracking number or 10 days without is absolutely absurd.
The support options are rather useless leaving sellers and customers in the dark and I have rarely gotten, if ever, a response that didn’t read as AI chatter.
Depop would not exist without the sellers on the app, nor the customers who are seeking second hand items at affordable prices, but Depop is not creating a sustainable selling or buying hub for either parties.

App constantly is freezing. Backs out every time I make a selection of category for when I’m trying to sell something. Always have to restart the process over and over. Please fix this, my phone is updated and so is the app.

customer services is absolutely awful have been reaching out about money they took from my account without permission for over a week and they’re ignoring me! terrible company lol.

This app keeps getting worse every single day as a long time seller of depop lately the app has just been weird and just a money grab. The app always has some technical issues and when u email them about the situation u get the same responses nothing helpful. They added a Boost items option which charges 8% which is ridiculous and When u sell an item u don’t get paid till the item arrives which is like it make sense but they should do that with new sellers not longtime sellers.
