Best customer service first time inside here definitely coming back. Downloaded app signed up with rewards love it

There are a couple things that need to be fixed. For example, there is no back button once you click on a menu item. You have to go back to the navigation menu then click menu for the menu to reload. Also the info icon is slightly covering some text about the rewards.

Store manager Rebecca came and showed my daughter and I all the different drinks a lot the different options, very helpful, very friendly customer oriented!

My husband and I went through the drive through yesterday for the first time and the process of ordering was easy and once we got to the window the server repeated our and and it was soon after we received our teas. They were delicious. Joshua F. was the server. He was very friendly and helpful with giving me information about the app and how to earn points.

First time visiting a store like this. Me and my wife enjoyed the chance of taste test the flavors before making our choice on which ones we liked. The staff were very friendly and the place was in clean and in order. Because we were so impressed with the store we purchased insulated cups. We will definitely be returning.

I have had the app since we got a store close to us and I have never been able to scan the barcode for points.
Is this a issue with having 3 cameras?
I have had issues in the past with manually entering my barcode to earn points. It will tell me that it has been entered or it's old but I just received it.
I would love to love the app but until the 2 features I use most are better and actually function then I can't say I LOVE it,yet.
