Love a lot of this client, but not able to filter to see unread messages on any version (pc,Mac, iOS) is really weird. It’s such a foundational part of email function. I have emails that are unread and hiding like needles in a haystack. I moved to spark to improve my ability to function and be efficient! I do love everything else especially automatically logging into my accounts across devices. What a breath of fresh air! The Ai option is just in the way, really. At least the current UI set up. Doesn’t seem to have the option to not use it u less you turn it off completely. Hire more UX designers to do Ux research to find out what customers want maybe?

If you fixed this one issue, I’d buy the subscription. On iPhone, when you go from viewing and email back to the list, the whole list of emails scrolls from the top. That’s so confusing because it makes you think it’s moving to some other position. So counter intuitive for this type of UI. Fix it please. I can stand using it for more than a minute with that continuous useless scrolling!

I started using spark because I was looking for functionality similar to hey.com. The spark client (desktop and mobile) definitely deliver. I no longer feel like I need to write a suite of filtering rules to get my inbox under control.
My notes for improvement is that I would like to be able to:
- set one of my email addresses as default. I use a few different domains. Spark is pretty good about automatically responding with the domain that received and email. But I’d like to set a default for when I’m starting a new thread

This email client is logical & customizable, with great features & a nice interface. Love the way it sorts my mail and provides good options for saving those I wish to.

I love Spark as it made my email engagement better. Not only I cannot merge multiple email accounts but also invite my team to collaborate before I sent any updates to the clients. I wish they will add the calendar feature on the Spark Windows version soon.

I use it as Gmail doesn't provide much customization. I use spark for my gmail. It's great

Been using this app for YEARS! Would never touch another mail app. SUPER fast, best UI, and receives great updates regularly that keeps the app working smoothly. Highly highly recommend.

Spark is a good app with some great mail-handling features. Unfortunately, it forces threaded mail conversions on the user. For many people that is not a problem. For me and others in their forums, it is a deal breaker. It means I can only use Spark for incoming mail.
I have tried to convince them adding the ability to switch between threaded and chronological, (like most other email clients allow) would get them more paying customers. I have not had any success. I would love to use this client as my main email app but I can’t use it without a chronological mode.
