After a huge release, which touched upon many systems in the game, I guess it was unavoidable that we'd introduce a new bug. Luckily it's fixed now.

GRAPHICS



+Improved car rendering/movement. Now those out of focus pixels in the distance that represent a car, are totally better looking!

+Added coffee machine model, which was already there, but was a box and saying coffee machines in the future are super minimal wasn't cutting it any more.

+Slightly improved cubemap reflection rendering, which may or may not be visible, but the math is more accurate now, I swear!

+Tweaked gradients so there is less banding.

+Minor changes to the icon.

+Graphical tweaks for lab area.

+Greatly improved ground texturing in warehouse.

+Improved shader performance.



UI



+Adjusted text speed and frequency of sounds when text is appearing.

+Fixed a bunch of text kerning issues.

+Fixed issues with Asian fonts, especially Japanese. Should be formatted better now.

+Added a way to view the controls from the pause menu.

+Fixed a bunch of minor UI issues.



POLISH



+Fixed really slow fade in at reception.

+Added a few more fade in/outs for consistency.

+Improved consistency in running/walking/turning speeds.

+Graphical and quality of life improvements and bug fixes for 2 mini games.

+You can actually see Chloe's necklace when you pick it up!

+Fixed flying chairs and tables, they are now bound by gravity like the rest of us.

+Minor lighting changes.

+Smoothed out a bunch of minor animation issues.



CONTROLLER



+Completely rewrote controller support, changes are way too many to note. It should actually be... good now! Supports PS4 and XBox controllers.

+Rewrote parts of the dialogue and fixed a minor plot hole.

+Reworked the knocking puzzle. It's now easier in certain ways and harder in others

I'd like to remind everyone that we are still working on Lost Echo: Resonance.

The fact that we update the main game, does not mean we are not working on it.

In fact, it's because we are working on Lost Echo: Resonance that we want to make sure that the main game is updated and can still be enjoyed by as many people as possible.

This is more or less a remaster of Lost Echo.

We burned it down to the ground and rebuilt it.

We spent extra years on it.
