DO NOT GET A CAR ON THIS APP PERSONAL ARE UBER.I AM LIVID. DONT RENT THIS CAR IF YOU LIVE IN CALI (FONTANA ETC) ROBERT ARLEDGE HIS SHOP ARROW TIRE AND WHEEL. BLACK MAZADA3. THIS COMPANY DO NOT CARE IF YOU GOT PHYSICALLY HIT BY A CAR ARE THE CAR YOU RENTED. IM STILL BEING CHARGED FOR SOME SCRATCHES ON A BUMPER. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT... WHEN $600 INSURANCE SHOULD OF COVERED SOME SCRATCHES, BUT NOT MY LEG THAT WAS HIT BY THE VEHICLE......I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK NOW |

Update/DANGER: app flashing will cause seizures at certain points in the app it loads a browser page which loads the app. This cycles infinitely until you can shut off the phone. I do not suffer from flashing seizures but this experience did make me dizzy and slow to comprehend. The only way to contact support is to be logged in. If what you need help with is the login - tough. No public email address, no phone number, NO HELP. |

Mauvaise expérience avec la jauge à essence deffecteuse et les vitres qui ne remontent pas et last but not least la prise chargeur usb ne charge pas et mon téléphone s est éteint au moment de rendre la voiture ce qui m a fait perdre 1h... |

The worst organization and poorly ran business I've ever dealt with. I feel like people need to be warmed. Twice the owners canceled on me 2 hours or less before my booked time but at least they didn't have me uber 36$ to get there and be told there was no car the previous renter extended it. The lady on the phone apologized because she couldn't even offer me a different car (in Vegas?) So I asked if they'd at least pay my uber, she said yes but getaround did not pay. GET AROUND 👎👎 |

Have been hosting for years now. New Getaround deactivated connect devices in my vehicles without any warning or prior notice and has had me locked out of or unable start my cars for days now. Their customer service is horrible and there is no phone number to call to fix this immediately. I have sent several emails with no reply and have been hit with multiple parking tickets for not being able to move cars off the street for street sweeping. New app is a nightmare I wont recommend to anyone. |

They have really strict policy and they charge you for any additional cost (km, time). After having paid for 24hours rental, I've been charged for extra 30min (when the check out itself last 15minutes) after a 8 hours rental. I'm sure there are better similar services. Not recommended. (Reply:yes fair, Sixt for example reimbursed that amount, it happened once, after many rentals, as in get around, and it's really 8minutes more of your policy, considering that the car connection wasn't working) |
