Really glitch on the Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra. Every time I write with the pen or my finger I get black glitches... work flawless on my tablet

It's really great apps. But it doesn't support mp3. Please allow the audio to insert the page. Hopefully, it can update this function asap. How if this app can support the video? Sometimes, I want to add some video, but it doesn`t support it. I hope the coming new update would add it on. Thanks.

Can't create notebook thru template and can't add to library also. Just loading and then time out. I waste my money for this trash app

The app is good, but has some serious bugs.. like page gets stuck, pen stops writing etc. When you copy a bunch of pages from a notebook to another notebook, the order gets reversed and there's no way to revert them back in order other than manually selecting and moving the pages around.

Good app but I wish there was an option to add multiple images at once instead of individually.

1🌟 for attention For me its 2nd best after samsung notes..if you bring few changes then i can shift completely to Noteshelf...1-notes classification should be improved, there should be option to add folder inside folders also default view should be folders and documents...2-sync should be smoother and along with automatic sync there should be manual sync option so that when we're done editing any document or note we can simply press sync button saving data and less de,......... I've mailed

The app used to be really well built and any time I had a problem I could send a report and within a day, someone responded and it was fixed. Now it is filled with bugs, and it seems like every week I have an issue preventing me from doing my work. Now, instead of actually fixing the bugs when I send a report, they just say update and restart the app, and my issues persist. They need to stop adding features no one asked for because all it is doing is making the app worse. No longer a 5 star app.

Recommendations: 1)Can you make it so that we can move the toolbar from the top to the rest of the screen sides ( left, right, bottom)? 2) When dragging a selection, can you make it so that the screen space moves with the selection when it goes close to the edges so we know where exactly we are moving it? 3)Can you make it so that we can set a light mode and dark mode, and that the page changes from white to black and the ink also?
