I cannot get anyone by phone - sent email. Haven't gotten materials. I paid 59.99 for boards upgrade and for journal and all the paperwork plus there was 50% off sale too. I see view only on most everything in boards. I need to contact a person not a chat line that gets me nowhere. Elsewise I need to stop payment for nonservices and materials from your company. I can't function without the materials I need. Pls contact ASAP. ****** Tried to contact, you said would respond - nope. Cancelled.

I've been using Baords for about 3 years now, and it completely changed how I work my business. Streamlined our team communication and training. When I started using boards, it was free, I don't mind paying for the membership as I use it every day. I have an android and have never had an issue with the keyboard until this last system update. For those that say they've had trouble or are only seeing VIEW ONLY don't know how to use the app yet.

Upgraded and paid but the app is still showing free version and I've lost access to all my boards. Can't get any help with the bot

Not like only have 3 boards available. I am also trying to save a board someone sent me and I can't even see it on my account to add it...
